I can't scream anymore

ADDED

I'm not suicidal, i'm not even depressed, just very stressed and struggling with problems at the moment.  I just meant i'm not reaching out anymore, it's too hurtful.  Nor will i be blogging for a while.  Thank you for comments and emails, the kindness of strangers is amazing.

  3. Oh, Sooze, I'm so sorry you're feeling so drained. Please don't suffer in silence. If things get too bad, please speak to your GP, and don't give up until you get some help. I worry about you! xx

  4. Oh, Sooze, please don't suffer alone, speak to somebody, your GP, Nurse Rose or why not the Samaritans. You don't have to be suicidal to speak to a Samaritan. There will be some in your area, you can even text or email them.

    A big hug xx

  6. Hi Sooze, I think you know my situation with Tom and so will know that I understand that things can get to you and make you feel hopeless. I recently found this man 'Joe Dispenza' who talks a lot of sense. He says we should not keep looking back and not look too much into the future doing this just makes life complicated. Concentrate on the now, today and take it just one day at a time, hope this little bit of advice helps , it has helped me to deal with our situation.
    Hugs

  7. Perhaps if you hibernate and cherish yourself for a while you shall emerge refreshed-I have learnt to withdraw to survive x

  8. Good thoughts from here for you. Hugs and a mug of tea.
A good neck/scalp massage. A bed for you to lie in and sleep as long as you need it. An ear to hear exactly what you need to say.
Exhaustion it isn't good or easy. You only have so much you can give, then it starts to take a toll.
I would think about talking to your GP...or nurse Rose.
