I can't do this right now - blogging I mean. I'm at crisis point and feeling I can't cope anymore. I know I get lots of support from all you lovely readers, but in my real life I am neither heard nor seen. Every day is a battle for me, even if it starts out reasonably well it rapidly goes downhill. And nobody understands, not even family or my very few remaining friends, who are conspicuous by their absence.
Hugs, Sooze. You know I'm here for you if you want to vent. Email me whenever. xx
ReplyDeleteTake care of yourself, I hope things improve. I certainly know exactly how you feel.
ReplyDeleteIf you can't do it ... don't do it, would be my immediate response to that. Look after your physical health and your mental health in every way that you can and take things easy. If blogging is a step too far it's good that you recognise that and have a break for as long as you need.
ReplyDeleteTake care. xx
Sooze, you have my phone number. Give me a ring or drop me a wattsap message. All your blogging friends are here for you.
ReplyDeleteSending you positive thoughts. Some of your previous blog posts have helped me a good deal in the past. Wish I lived nearer so I could be a real life friend. I do hope things improve. Kay xx
ReplyDeleteSooze, just do what is right for you. If you want a break ....take it....no pressure. We will all understand. Sending hugs

Do what's right for you, we'll all be here when you feel up to returning. Best regards x
ReplyDeleteTake as long as you need so that you can come back to blogging when you are ready Catriona
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry that you're having such a tough time of it. I truly understand, and send you my very best wishes ❤️
ReplyDeleteSooze, if you need a break, take one. I hope that you find a way to get the help you need.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Sooze, have a (kitkat) break, take care of yourself, let go, you don't have to be perfect, whatever it is, it can wait til another day.
ReplyDeleteSooze, I have been thinking about you this morning and suddenly thought, could you get some counselling through your doctors, as they seem to know some of what you are going through. If not on the NHS then perhaps they could recommend a private counsellor, it would be worth every penny. To be able to talk to someone that is completely neutral and yet empathetic could take the place of having a close friend that you can confide the most private things to.
ReplyDeleteI hope you are feeling a little better today. xx
Oh Sooze I know exactly how you are feeling, I’m in the same situation myself. I tell myself when very low, “this too shall pass”. You are in my thoughts. June
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry you are going through this. Hugs from across the ocean and prayers that you'll be able to find relief from all of the stress. It can be devastating!
ReplyDeleteSending all good wishes Sooze xx
