For Joy - and anyone else who might be interested.....Skint Dad's Cheese Puffs
He says it makes 6 large puffs.....well, his must be saucer sized, I made 15 out of the mixture, about 2-bite size, using a dessertspoonful of mixture dropped on the tray. I used a mixture of Cheddar and Parmesan. They're delicious!
I shall definitely make some of these next week - very simple and we all love anything cheesy!
ReplyDeleteYum. I love cheese and these sound perfect for afternoon nibbles in front of the TV.
ReplyDeleteOooh, these look good. Being lactose intolerant, I do miss cheese, especially a tasty Stilton. Sigh! xx
ReplyDeleteI'm also lactose intolerant but don't have too much of a problem with cheese....unless I eat loads of it! xx
DeleteThere are a few dairy-free blue cheeses out there this year, try one of them. And for this recipe the Violife Mature or Applewood would be gorgeous. :-)
DeleteI've tried the Ilchester blue cheese - yuk! I do use the Applewood smoked cheese, so might try that. I find most of the dairy-free cheeses have a strange aftertaste which I dislike. Ho hum!
DeleteWhat a dear you are - thank you so very much for this. They look absolutely amazing and I will definitely be making these at some point in the very near future.

Yum, will have a go at these.
ReplyDeleteThese sound easy and tasty ... my sort of recipe.
ReplyDeleteWill definitely give these a try as they look so easy.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
